We are currently looking to add a dynamic Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Coordinator) to our passionate team of tree care professionals in Buffalo, NY!
What You'll Do:
*Field prospective and current client calls. *Contact new & prospective clients daily to discuss Davey services *Communicate with the Staff on Client needs, concerns, schedule & follow up *Proposal production and contract initiation as assigned *Maintain various databases and spreadsheets. *Invoice, manage accounts receivable and maintain files as assigned
Skills We're Seeking:
*Minimum two-year experience in office processes and office administration procedures *Outstanding telephone, communication, and customer service skills *Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel *Experience in appointment scheduling and follow up *Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy *Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task *Preferred: prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems *Ability to work 15-30 hours per week (Negotiable) *Potential for Full Time Opportunity within 1 year
